Good burgers at a good price. Hearty food that tastes fresh. On a recent visit, our fried zucchini and onion rings were a little on the burnt side, but the flavorful and delicious milk shakes made up for that. Fries were just right. Not much in the way of ambiance, but what there is evokes a time long forgotten. Service was prompt and accurate, if a bit on the gruff side. Worth a stop!

I've been meaning to write a review since I tried them in 2019. With one week left open, I imagine they'll be quite busy. It's so sad to see a great, local business, that has been part of the community for decades close because of the greed of a land owner. Enough about that. I've tried their cheeseburgers, which are pretty big and 100% classic drive-in flavor. I love the mozzarella sticks, so delish. I've had the onion rings too. The milkshakes are good, they'll even mix flavors if you ask. They have a variety to choose from and even a 32oz size. And of course ice cream sundaes with a cherry on top. The baskets are a good deal, you can get chicken strips, mini corn dogs, mac n cheese bites, or deep fried mushrooms, with some crinkle cut friends for a pretty good price. Speaking of French fries, you can get them with cheese, chili or both. They also have corn dogs, hot dogs and other options. Lots of variety and the prices are reasonable in this economy. Bring cash to pay. They do offer a debit option for $1.25, but you will be charged an ATM fee from your bank. You'll get the change back, as if you withdrew it from an ATM. It's a small business that preceded ATM, debit and almost credit cards. You can bring cash. There was a 20-25 minute wait last night because the community is out supporting them one last time. It was worth the wait. Show the employees some grace and add something to the tip jar. Enjoy.

Unfortunately, Lou's is going the way of Tiny's, Ben's, Earl of Sandwich, Torpedo Place, and many other local burger stands to the graveyard. They will close on October 31st so if you want to get one last Lou's No. 2 burger you better hurry.

Great value for what you're getting! The double cheeseburger taste like a larger and better version of a Big Mac from McDonald's and at a better price. The fried Mac and cheese was decent and I liked how it came out really hot. It definitely wasn't gourmet food but it is fast food at its finest. I would go here again if I'm craving a quick burger at a great value.

Good ol' Lou's. I took my Dad who hadn't been in over 15 years and he said it was just as he remembered- delicious. My husband and I agreed. We all ordered single cheese burgers and I got chili fries. Everything was delicious, so much that we agreed to make this our routine stop for lunch when out there visiting Dad every couple weeks. Dad seemed to enjoy the mega root-beer shake also, being that he kept rubbing his full belly but managed to finish every last drop! Service was super friendly too. This place is a must try. Made my Dad a happy man.

First time to try this place. They only accept either cash or debit. I got a cheese burger while my husband got double cheese burger then we shared fries. The cheese burger was good while the fries were salty. Our food were ready in no time which was great. It was cold eating outside though.

Lou's is an old school drive up hamburger stand. There is seating outside and inside but there is no actual drive thru. All customers order at the window and then your name is called when your order is ready. I decided to go to Lou's today for lunch. I parked my car and ordered a cheeseburger at the window. The woman that waited on me was really friendly. If you pay with cash you will pay at the same window you order from but if you use debit you will be walked to a different window to have your card run. The wait for my food was quick and the burger was reasonably priced - $7.11 with tax. Lou puts a dressing/"special sauce" on their burgers and it was SO good! Oh! & their burgers are HUGE. I ended up getting full from just the cheeseburger and a soda. I'm trying to avoid fast food restaurants when I'm craving a burger, tacos, et cetera so I will definitely start going to Lou's more often.
